Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WildSelfie AI mobile application, websites, backend services, support channels, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Visaron Dijital Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Visaron", "WildSelfie AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What WildSelfie AI Does
WildSelfie AI lets you upload or capture a photo and generate an animal-style AI portrait. The app may include free credits, paid subscriptions, purchase restoration, and a gallery for saved creations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WildSelfie AI. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Changes to the Service
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, models, credits, prompts, subscriptions, pricing, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store rules. We may also perform maintenance or make changes needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or platform requirements.
Accounts and Sign-In
You sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. WildSelfie AI does not create or store an app-specific password. You are responsible for keeping your Apple or Google account secure and for activity under your WildSelfie account.
You agree to provide accurate information where requested and to keep your account under your control. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.
Your Content
"Your Content" means photos, images, prompts, settings, and other content you submit or create through the app. You retain any rights you have in Your Content.
You give us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve WildSelfie AI, including generating and saving AI-created images for you.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload Your Content and to grant us the license above. You are responsible for Your Content and for how you use or share generated outputs.
Photos of Other People
You may upload or submit photos of another person only if you have that person's permission and all rights required by law to use the photo in the Service. If the person is a minor, you must have permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian.
You must not use another person's photo to harass, impersonate, bully, deceive, defame, exploit, sexualize, threaten, or harm that person or anyone else. You are solely responsible for claims, disputes, losses, or liability arising from photos you upload without proper rights or permission.
Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Upload photos or content unless you have the legal right and permission to use them.
- Upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, or non-consensual content.
- Use the app to harass, impersonate, defame, or harm another person.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment controls, or usage limits.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the app or backend services.
- Use the service in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.
We may remove content, disable access, suspend accounts, or take other action if we reasonably believe content or activity violates these Terms, creates risk, or may harm users, third parties, our systems, or the Service.
Reporting Objectionable Content
We have no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or unlawful content or behavior. If you encounter a generated image, content, or activity that you believe violates these Terms, report it to us at info@visaron.com with details. We review reports and, where appropriate, remove content, restrict features, or suspend the accounts responsible, as described above. We aim to act on valid reports within 24 hours.
AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them. We do not guarantee that generated images will be accurate, unique, suitable for a specific purpose, or free of errors.
You should not rely on the Service or any generated output for identity verification, legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of outputs complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Purchases and Subscriptions
WildSelfie AI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details are shown before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- Deleting your WildSelfie account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Subscription benefits may include a stated number of credits or generations per billing period and access to subscriber features. Unused subscription credits may expire or reset at the end of the applicable billing period unless the app states otherwise.
Free Credits and Usage Limits
We may provide free generations, credits, rate limits, or subscriber limits. We may change, suspend, or revoke credits or limits to prevent abuse, manage service reliability, comply with law, or operate the app.
Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed except through the Service as described by us.
Account Deletion
You can initiate account and data deletion from the app's Privacy and Data settings. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of WildSelfie AI at any time. The app relies on network, cloud, payment, authentication, and AI processing services that may occasionally be unavailable.
Intellectual Property
WildSelfie AI, including its software, design, branding, and service features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of WildSelfie AI to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, misuse the service, or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the app at any time.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, and AI processing providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.
Disclaimers
WildSelfie AI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WildSelfie AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 50 USD if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those cases, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Apple Terms
If you downloaded WildSelfie AI from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as related to your App Store use.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. If the Service fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, according to its policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation for the Service.
Export, Sanctions, and Compliance
You may not use, export, or access the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws. You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions where use of the Service is prohibited, and that you are not on a restricted party list.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise. The competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
